BERNER KLAVIERTRIO
Proven Tradition - the established Bern Piano Trio invites you to the opening of the 2024 festival at the Zentrum Paul Klee Bern. This time, they are also joined by the Sinfonietta Bern under the direction of Kirill Zvegintsov. Commissioned composition, the discovery of well-known works in new formats, and the synthesis of traditional and contemporary musical languages promise an enriching concert evening.
The Berner Klaviertrio, founded in 2020, comprises recognized musicians from the Bern Symphony Orchestra and the University of the Arts Bern. Alexis Vincent and Gabriel Faur, concertmasters and solo cellist of the Bern Symphony Orchestra, performs alongside Igor Andreev, piano assistant at the University of the Arts Bern and artistic director of the festival.
