Bern has undeniably become a jazz city! The second concert of the Piano Trio Fest 2025 is therefore dedicated to jazz, where the piano trio is considered a classic formation. In the atmospheric hall of Hotel Jardin, Bern's finest jazz musicians will take the stage to continue the festival’s concert series.
VINCENT MILLIOUD TRIO
International jazz musician Vincent Millioud has performed in numerous European countries, including France, Sweden, Finland, Italy, and Germany, and has participated in tours and projects in Russia, Lebanon, Israel, Egypt, the USA, and Nepal. Currently, he is part of various jazz and acoustic music projects, such as the Luzia von Wyl Ensemble, Sandy Patton's The Saga of Reflective Perspectives, the Babinsky Wood Strings Quartet, The Echoes of Django, and several folk and singer-songwriter projects like Cardhu Tree, Bal O'Swing, and Rowan. He founded the Hot Club de Berne and the Amigern String Quartet, with whom he is currently preparing an album in collaboration with the Joe Haider Trio. Born in Yverdon, Switzerland, Vincent Millioud studied jazz violin in Milan and at the Bern University of the Arts.
