Audience reactions were enthusiastic in 2022. The second concert of the Piano Trio Fest 2023 is therefore once again dedicated to jazz. The piano trio is the standard formation there. This time, the audience's favorites, the Swiss Jazz Ambassadors, will play in the atmospheric hall of the Hotel Jardin.

The Swiss Jazz Ambassadors are a young, international ensemble who got to know each other through their common center of life in Bern and the shared preference for good jazz. Already active in the Bernese jazz scene and the various Bernese music institutions, they met regularly in recurring jam sessions and performances and finally, from 2020, they played countless appearances as a quintet as the house band of the Jazz Nights in the Vierte Wand restaurant in Bern. Encouraged by their own musical development and fruitful collaborations (with Sarah Hanahan and Sandy Patton, among others), the Swiss Jazz Ambassadors christen their debut album "After the Storm" in the BeJazz Club in 2022 and invited to Marian's Jazzroom at the same time, first young European jazz band in the history of the famous club. And so they continue their musical journey.
